I need more power

Since my Brunton Ember 6000 is over 2 years old and will not hold a charge I want to open it. What could go wrong?

This is my unboxing video.

First I remove the sticky plastic cover with the cool logo.

Next I find the tiny screws holding the plastic cover in place.

Don’t try this at home. This will void any warranty obviously.
